If you’re anywhere near as busy as we are, it can be difficult to get your 8 glasses of water in each day. And let’s face it, unless you’ve just come from the gym, walked across the desert, or just happened to step outside on any given summer day in the South, a plain ol’ glass of water is…well, plain.
We all know that lemon slices in water is tried and true. But why not go even farther? Try these combinations in your next glass of H2O.
- Cucumber and orange slices
- Pineapple chunks and lime slices
- Grapefruit slices and a few sprigs of mint
- Strawberry slices and peach chunks
- Frozen mango chunks and raspberries
Try using sparkling water for a fizzy treat. Also, use a clear pitcher for your water. It’s much more appetizing than any bottle of water.
